Mandalay Bay

Reservations: 702 632 7777
This resort has it all. great shows, top restaurants and some decent clubs. The rooms here are a good size and you can get great upgrade deals most times of year. From the House of Blues to Rumjungle, the Bay has some great places to enjoy your evening. Before you get you start throwing some shapes, you have a huge choice of restaurants, including the wonderful Stripsteak and Alain Duccase's Mix restaurant (located at their sister hotel TheHotel) which offers amazing views of the Strip, not to mention food that is simply different gravy!! Try the tasting menu, not cheap but great for a special occassion. What we really like about this hotel though is the outside area and it's tropical water park, with it's own beach and pool that actually has waves that the Indian Ocean would be proud of!! Several pools and a lazy river ride make this a wonderfull day out. Need to chill, look no further than the spa, which is truely wonderful and will make you feel a million dollers. For something a little different, try diving with sharks at the Shark Reef Aquarium, or just watch it on your TV in your room! Finally, head for the large and friendly casino to win your fortune!!
