World-renowned chef Thomas Keller, named America's best chef by Time magazine, is the sole recipient of consecutive Best Chef awards from the prestigious James Beard Foundation. Bouchon opened in 2004 in the beautiful Venezia Tower and is one of the finest restaurants in Las Vegas. An extensive selection of bistro classics is added to by raw seafood and seafood platters, including lobster, oyster, shrimp, mussels and crab. Fabulous main courses include: roasted leg of lamb with flageolets beans in a thyme jus; pan-seared prime flatiron served with matre d'hotel butter and French fries; and roasted chicken with garlic-braised Swiss chard and pommes sarladaises. Salivating stuff! Open for breakfast Mon-Fri 7-10.30am; Sat and Sun for brunch 8am-2pm; nightly 5 - 10pm for dinner. $$-$$$
